Caregiver – Overview
Compassion, attentiveness, and empathy define our dedicated caregivers at Park Place Assisted Living. We provide high-quality elder care in our community, making a difference in the lives of residents, families, and the community.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing/undressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and incontinence care.
- Take vital signs as assigned.
- Maintain records and administer prescribed medications and treatments for residents.
- Promote self‑help and independence by encouraging residents to maintain or attain the highest physical, mental and psychosocial well‑being.
- Perform first aid and initiate emergency response procedures as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR/First Aid certifications.
- Completion of state‑approved caregiver program (if required by state of residence).
- Certification in state‑approved Medication Aide program (for Med Tech position).
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
