Comprehensive Home Health Solutions is a physician-led home health agency committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care throughout Northern Nevada. We are looking for caring and dependable Personal Care Assistants (Caregivers) who are passionate about helping clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands, when applicable.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to provide exceptional client care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties, including lifting, bending, and assisting clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for applicable assignments.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
