Provide direct patient care to patient under the direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care (POC);
Assist the patient with self-administered medications by opening bottle caps and reading labels;
Take accurate temperature, pulse and blood pressure measurements and report abnormal results;
Help patient maintain personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, skin care, and oral care;
Assist in feeding patients and support self-feeding; assist with mobility and transfers
