Blue Pearl Pet Hospital in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to bridge the front and back of the hospital, coordinating client and patient flow between waiting rooms, exam rooms, CSR staff, and clinical teams. You will triage medical phone calls, coordinate client-doctor communication, and perform ER follow-up calls for both locations.
Evening, weekend, and holiday work across both locations may be required as part of the normal workweek.
