• Active Occupational Therapist license (OT)
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
• Knowledge of school-based OT practices, assessments, and therapy interventions
• Ability to work well with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseload documentation
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

• Conduct assessments to determine student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs or 504 Plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other therapists to integrate OT strategies into classroom activities
• Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide training, resources, and consultation to staff and families to promote best practices
• Adhere to relevant standards, ethics, and compliance requirements in educational settings
