Fusion Medical Staffing—Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Reno, Nevada. • Valid Physical Therapy license in Nevada.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred:
  Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement treatment plans using various techniques.
• Operate specialized equipment and modalities safely and effectively.
• Assess progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs, injury prevention, and self‑management.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities.
• Collaborate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice.

• Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency in reading/understanding written and verbal instructions.
• PC skills.
• Physical abilities: remain in stationary position, move about, move equipment (50‑100 lbs), push, pull, bend.
• Interpersonal skills: work effectively with diverse personnel.
• Technical/motor skills: fine manipulation, push/pull, assist with procedures and equipment.
• Mental requirements: cope with frequent public contacts, meet deadlines under pressure, work independently with occasional supervision.
• Sensory: visual acuity and effective communication.
