Position Purpose
This position is responsible to assist the Department Leadership on assigned projects, facilitate process, coordinate projects, and bring projects to successful completion on time, on budget, and with completion of goals.

The incumbent is responsible for assisting in new project development, design, and implementation to ensure timely delivery of projects. The incumbent will provide leadership and direction to this improvement process.
Nature and ScopeThe incumbent must be able to function independently as well as be able to assist and/ or lead a team of people in planning, organizing and completing several tasks that must be accomplished by a specific date. This includes a certain amount of physical labor provided by the incumbent on a case-by-case basis.
This position faces challenges maintaining positive relationships with all involved parties, complying with state and federal regulations, and working cooperatively with other departments to achieve project goals. High standards of professionalism and performance are essential.
The incumbent must be able to multi-task and take general directions from members of the Leadership Team, and other Renown Staff as required.
This position has contact with department heads, directors, managers, supervisors and staff to discuss projects which impact their areas.
This position is supported with grant funding and is contingent upon the continued availability of such funds. If at the end of the project period new funds are not available, the position will not be renewed.
This position does not provide patient care.

Minimum QualificationsRequirements - Required and/or Preferred
- Education:
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is required or a minimum of three years of project management or administration experience can be substituted in lieu of the degree - Experience:

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
