Access to Healthcare Network is seeking a Health Resource Specialist - Bilingual to screen callers for eligibility in Nevada healthcare programs and provide backup front desk support. The role requires strong communication, compassionate service, and accurate data entry while coordinating with drivers and internal teams.
Office is in Reno; schedule typical 8:00a–4:30p or 8:00a–5:00p when covering Front Office. Must be bilingual and possess a high school diploma;
Salesforce experience is a plus.
