The City of Reno Parks and Recreation Department has many positions available that cater to different interests and skills. • Inclusion/Behavior Specialist ($20-26/hour) (Available in a part‑time/temporary capacity year‑round)

• Trains staff on how to work with persons with disabilities to better include them in a traditional program settings
• Provide services directly and indirectly to a variety of individuals with cognitive, behavioral, and physical disabilities.
• May develop behavior/inclusion plans and instruct staff on implementation and modifying activities on a case by case basis.
• As assigned, conducts client observations and/or assessments and evaluates individual cases.

• Age: 18
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  One year paid experience working with youth in a recreational setting
• License:
  Valid driver's license

• Education:
  
  College level courses related to disabilities or a related field
• Experience:
  
  One year experience working with people with disabilities
• Certifications:
  
  CPR/AED, First Aid
