Reno Orthopedic Center (ROC) in Reno, NV is seeking a Medical Records Specialist to compile, verify, and complete medical records requests and disability forms. This on-site role supports physicians and patients at our Main location.
You will process requests within five days, ensure HIPAA compliance, log information in the EMR, and coordinate with attorneys, insurers, and staff. A HS diploma and a year of customer service are required;
Epic EMR experience is preferred.
