Park Place Assisted Living is currently seeking a Medication Aide to join our team of dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and our community. We are guided by our CAPLICO Core Values:

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. The role encourages resident independence, supports resident choice, and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
Critical Success Factors- Exhibits a positive customer service attitude; approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
- Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
- Demonstrates consistent work attendance and addresses work‑related problems with appropriate individuals.
- Communicates with careful listening, sensitivity to others, thoughtful responses, and timely, accurate reporting.
- Maintains confidentiality of resident and staff information.
- Presents with a neat, clean appearance.
- Participates in designated facility in‑services.
- Helps new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.
- Prior direct care experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current CPR certification.
- Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
