Role: Per diem Acute Hospital Physical Therapist
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions focusing on functional mobility, gait training, and safe discharge planning.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document all care activities accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Ability to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
- Knowledge of EMR documentation processes.
