Oversee assigned Banquet functions in the absence of the Banquet Manager and assist with all service functions;
Schedule staff to ensure guest satisfaction;
Present a professional manner at all times;
Identify yourself to the host of the party and use the Guests name;
Check with each table a minimum of 2 times during the service to ensure proper service and atmosphere for the guest
