Provide exceptional guest concierge service and welcoming atmosphere for VIP guests, including check-in/check-out and luggage handling.;
Coordinate reservations for dining, golf, spa, shows, and limousine transportation for VIP guests.;
Maintain cleanliness and operations of the Gold Room or VIP Room and prepare rooms per VIP requests.;
Collect credit card for room charges and ensure PCI compliance; post charges and process corrections as directed.;
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Transportation, and management to fulfill VIP guest requests and assist in training new team members.
