Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM 7 AM);
Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place;
Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks;
Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping;
Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch
