• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards.
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants).
• Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing the hotel’s lost and found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Team player.
• Ability to exceed guests’ expectations.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.
• The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
• Paid time off (PTO) is available for eligible associates in accordance with the company’s Paid Time Off policy. This position is tipped eligible. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.
