Guest Service Manager

At Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, the Guest Services Manager is responsible for supervising hotel front desk operations, training staff, and ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

• Supervise Guest Service Representatives and ensure duties are completed according to performance standards.
• Assist the Front Desk Manager with overall Front Desk operations and assume shift responsibilities when needed.
• Handle guest service issues in a timely manner, in accordance with hotel policies and goals.
• Conduct most training for GSRs and assist in developing training programs.
• Recommend process improvements for feasibility and effectiveness.
• Perform essential job functions of a GSR, including guest check‑in/out, reservations, and payments.
• Create position goals and help the department manager achieve departmental objectives.
• Issue new Monarch Rewards gaming cards (gaming license required).
• Perform other assignments as directed by management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with staff and guests.
• Ability to clearly train staff and demonstrate job duties.
• Calm under pressure, resolve problems quickly.
• Strong reading comprehension of registration cards, vouchers, and guest folios.
• Basic math skills for room charges and payment processing.
• Proficiency with computers, printers, fax, and credit card machines.
• Flexible work schedule, including availability for extended hours.
• Positive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Adherence to appearance standards: no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
