Overview

At Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, we are more than just a premier destination for luxury gaming and hospitality in Reno, Nevada; we are creators of unforgettable moments. We prioritize nurturing lasting relationships with our guests and the community. We are accepting applications for a VIP Representative who will ensure the highest quality “royal treatment” for our VIP guests by providing check‑in/out reservations service and collaborating with Casino Hosts on hotel stays, transportation, comp issuance, special events reservations, and overall accommodations.

Responsibilities
  • Checks guests in and out of the hotel.
  • Reviews guest pay folios to settle balances when necessary.
  • Assists management and Casino Hosts in accommodating guests’ event/hotel, restaurant, and spa/salon reservations.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
  • Answers the phones in an orderly and timely manner maintaining the VIP service level.
  • Stocks the VIP bar/cabinets and desks at the beginning, throughout, and at the end of the shift.
  • Assists the department as necessary to encourage a prosperous and friendly work environment.
  • May stand, walk, sit, use hands, receive, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform other physical activities as required.
  • Leads the team by maintaining grooming standards and adhering to company policy regarding visible tattoos, piercings, and unnatural hair colors.
  • Uses new software programs as necessary to improve guest service.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Valid Nevada Gaming Registration.
  • Valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card.
  • Front desk experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency—knowledge of Infor, Microsoft Office, and Outlook a plus.
  • Ability to use and maintain a cash drawer.
  • Guest-oriented work ethic focused on providing personalized service.
  • Professional, mature, positive, and self‑confident attitude in accomplishing daily and delegated tasks.
  • Demonstrates ability to work as part of a team and takes on new tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, self‑starter who requires minimal supervision.
  • Effective communicator with management and team members.
  • Bilingual a plus.
