Overview

We are accepting applications for a VIP Representative who will ensure the highest quality “royal treatment” for our VIP guests by providing check‑in/out reservations service and collaborating with Casino Hosts on hotel stays, transportation, comp issuance, special events reservations, and overall accommodations.
Responsibilities- Checks guests in and out of the hotel.
- Reviews guest pay folios to settle balances when necessary.
- Assists management and Casino Hosts in accommodating guests’ event/hotel, restaurant, and spa/salon reservations.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Answers the phones in an orderly and timely manner maintaining the VIP service level.
- Stocks the VIP bar/cabinets and desks at the beginning, throughout, and at the end of the shift.
- Assists the department as necessary to encourage a prosperous and friendly work environment.
- May stand, walk, sit, use hands, receive, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform other physical activities as required.
- Leads the team by maintaining grooming standards and adhering to company policy regarding visible tattoos, piercings, and unnatural hair colors.
- Uses new software programs as necessary to improve guest service.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid Nevada Gaming Registration.
- Valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card.
- Front desk experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency—knowledge of Infor, Microsoft Office, and Outlook a plus.
- Ability to use and maintain a cash drawer.
- Guest-oriented work ethic focused on providing personalized service.
- Professional, mature, positive, and self‑confident attitude in accomplishing daily and delegated tasks.
- Demonstrates ability to work as part of a team and takes on new tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, self‑starter who requires minimal supervision.
- Effective communicator with management and team members.
- Bilingual a plus.
