Position: Valet Attendant-Full Time-Circus Circus

Job Summary

Park guest vehicles, bring guests’ vehicles down from the garage, help guests with luggage, and drive guests to and from the oversized lot.

Responsibilities
  • Park guests’ vehicles.
  • Use the man‑lift properly and safely.
  • Retrieve guests’ vehicles from the parking garage and secure them.
  • Hang keys on the keyboard on the correct hook.
  • Remove keys from the keyboard and match valet ticket numbers.
  • File valet tickets in the provided ticket rack.
  • Answer the phone professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the key booth.
  • Keep the valet office door closed when absent.
  • Drive guests with oversized vehicles to the employee lot and return them to their cars.
  • Prevent unauthorized parking outside the valet office.
  • Ticket guests’ vehicles and assist with luggage.
  • Move luggage or call a bell person.
  • Pull luggage from the luggage room when a bellman is unavailable.
  • Exemplify core values, mission, vision and DEI culture.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Multi‑task effectively.
  • Competently park a guest’s vehicle and retrieve it.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and good spirit.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
Physical and Workplace Conditions
  • Constant direct contact with guests.
  • Fast‑paced environment requiring guest direction and question answering.
  • Work may be performed in confined areas and involve hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or brightly illuminated conditions, moving objects, high places, slippery surfaces, and exposure to solvents, oils, fumes, odors, dirt, or dust.
  • Requires knowledge and use of electrical, mechanical and computer equipment and flame/heat generating devices.
  • May involve verbal or face‑to‑face contact with others.
  • Might include shift work inside and outside.
  • Schedule flexibility including days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
