Housekeeper - Worldmark Reno Resort

Overview

This Housekeeper position supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards.

• Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and lobbies; vacuum, dust, and sanitize.
• Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
• Organize linens by sorting, counting, folding, marking, and carrying.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring total satisfaction and handling issues to resolution.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude with a team focus.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

This is a Full‑time Seasonal position ending November 2026, with potential transition to Full‑time Regular.
