Lead Spa Concierge

Position Overview

The Spa Concierge Lead at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa will greet guests, maintain guest and group accounts, provide facility orientation, and work to deliver a relaxing spa experience. The role ensures complete client satisfaction through scheduling, confirmation, and checkout procedures, maintains clean work areas, and offers guests lockers, robes, slippers, and spa tours as needed.

• Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa reservations software.
• Call guests to confirm scheduled services.
• Answer questions about available services.
• Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day and inform providers of last‑minute changes.
• Resolve scheduling issues by coordinating with a supervisor or manager.
• Check in guests for appointments, confirm names, and provide general spa orientation.
• Process guest payments for spa services.
• Promote and sell spa services.

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Must adhere to all appearance standards, including no visible tattoos or piercings and no unnatural hair colors.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
• May occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
