Hotel Kitchen Dishwashing Steward

Our client, hospitality industry leader, is seeking a dish washer / steward to join their team. As a dish washer / steward , you will be part of the culinary and hospitality support team, supporting restaurant and banquet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mdish washer / steward indset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, including dishwashing and equipment cleaning
• Support food storage and inventory using FIFO methods
• Assist with general cleaning and utility support across restaurant and banquet services
• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
• Restock supplies such as glassware, plates, and utensils as needed

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check and E-Verify process
• Basic English communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, temperature-variable environments
