Guest Room Attendant

Position:
Guest Room Attendant. Atlantis Casino Resort Spa invites candidates to join our team as a Guest Room Attendant, responsible for ensuring guest rooms meet the resort’s high cleanliness standards.

• Clean guestrooms thoroughly according to Atlantis quality standards, including making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, and wiping surfaces.
• Replenish all guest amenities and information folders as needed.
• Clean bathrooms, scrubbing basins, tubs, showers, toilets, and tile floors with damp rags and proper chemicals.
• Replace bathmats and towels, and ensure all items are placed correctly.
• Report unusual room conditions or repairs needed.
• Complete all duties in accordance with the room classification checklist.
• Complete additional assignments as assigned by management.

• Stand, walk, reach, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl throughout the shift.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 25–30 pounds, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus.

• Experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements such as bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Adherence to grooming standards: no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors.
