Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, in Reno, Nevada, has a career opportunity and is looking for someone with a proven track record to be the Executive Manager of Spa Operations. Monarch Casino & Resort, Inc. (MCRI), is publicly traded and the parent company of Atlantis. This role provides strategic oversight, leadership, and direction for all spa and salon operations. The Executive Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences aligned with Forbes Four‑Star and AAA Four‑Diamond standards, while driving profitability, operational efficiency, and team performance.

This leader will oversee all aspects of spa operations, including staff development, service delivery, financial management, and brand excellence. Atlantis's luxuriously designed and beautifully appointed, Spa Atlantis is the only spa in northern Nevada to receive a highly coveted Forbes Travel Guide Four‑Star designation. With 30,000 square feet of lavish space, we offer luxurious and unique treatments from around the world and a wide range of spa amenities including three co‑ed lounges, 15 luxurious treatment rooms, an exceptionally equipped Cardio Fitness Center, year‑round indoor whirlpools and atrium pool, along with an outdoor pool with whirlpool tub.

• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; oversee maintenance of the spa including overall cleanliness, service and economic use of resources and supplies.
• Ensure all 4‑diamond/Forbes standards are met by front staff team members.
• Marketing to maximize awareness and generate revenue; budgeting, forecasting, payroll, scheduling, maintaining an internal company calendar, and product inventory and ordering.
• Work with management to set retail sales goals for front staff and track progress toward the retail revenue goal.
• Keep monthly inventory of retail items and weekly inventory of operating supplies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product and treatment knowledge while training front line team.
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.
• Set goals, deadlines and objectives for the team.
• Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency.
• Minimize turnover with effective in‑house training, coaching, and clear performance expectations.
• Supervise and provide disciplinary measures for staff.
• Maintain overall ambience of spa and salon’s visual standards and dress code.
• Regular attendance is an essential function for this position.
• Organize and clean stock rooms, retail and reception areas.
• Ensure the spa retail therapy area is completely stocked at all times.
• Tagging and putting new products on shelves and back stocking in the stock room cages.

• Minimum 5+ years of spa or hospitality management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, guest services, and luxury standards.
• Proficiency in computer systems, scheduling platforms, and business software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
