Food and Beverage Admin

Marriott is hiring a Food and Beverage Admin to support daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. In this role, you'll manage reservations, menus, and event orders; coordinate schedules; process invoices; and maintain inventory and vendor records. You'll compile reports, track revenue, and assist leaders with forecasting and budgeting. Partnering closely with culinary and service teams, you'll help ensure smooth service, accurate billing, and exceptional guest experiences while upholding Marriott's standards of hospitality, safety, and compliance.
