Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assigns work to cleaning personnel and trains personnel in housekeeping duties
- Addresses guest complaints regarding housekeeping service or equipment
- Writes requisitions regarding housekeeping service, or equipment
- Reports needed for room redecoration to housekeepers
- Examines carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage, or wear
- Checks and counts linens and supplies
- Records inspection results and notifies cleaning personnel of inadequacies
- Makes sure rooms are clean and ready to be occupied
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Must have 1 year experience in Hotel Housekeeping or comparable field
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
