Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Reno, NV team! Shift is 10am-7pm.

• Base Pay Range $22.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.

• Managing KPIs
• Weekly time clock and attendance management
• Payroll processing
• Daily walk-throughs
• Safety Observations
• Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments
• Troubleshooting associate needs
• Attending meetings with management when necessary
