Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referral programs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, from entry-level to management positions, within the resort and casino operations.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to recommend qualified individuals to hiring managers.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating background checks, and extending offers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in developing and improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
  • Participate in job fairs, community outreach events, and other recruitment activities as needed.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry.
  • Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment tools and strategies.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
