Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalis
t to join our team in Reno, NV. In this role, you will support a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement.

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires have the tools and resources needed for success
• Administer HR programs, including employee benefits, recognition initiatives, and other HR-related activities
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits while maintaining confidentiality
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
• Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and best practices
• Participate in special HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives, HR data audits, and safety/operational audits
• Develop and support employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and retention
• Perform additional HR duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-5 years of Human Resources experience
• Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment regulations
