The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with company Admin. on strategic initiatives. Candidate will be able to assist with onboarding of Spanish (Only) speaking applicants. Candidate must be proficient with processing bi-weekly payroll on ADP Workforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage Bi-Weekly Payroll and Oversee Employee Benefits for all personnel (approx. 135 combined FT & PT individuals). Enforce company policies as outlined in our bilingual Employee Handbook. Monitor the ADP managed 401K Retirement Benefit Plan.
Qualifications
- AA or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
- 4+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated expertise with onboarding new staff
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Experience working in a Team environment
