Looking to make a real impact? As an HR Advisor at FTE Drilling, you’ll partner with leaders and employees to attract top talent, develop high-performing teams, and foster a safe, engaging, and productive work environment.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR- Lead recruitment and support talent acquisition.
- Implement HR programs, including performance management and training.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations.
- Performance-Based Bonus Program
- Group Insurance
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification is an asset.
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
