Are you an organized, people-focused professional who enjoys helping others succeed? Truline Corporation is looking for a New Driver Onboarding Specialist to join our Recruiting Department. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming driver applicants and play a key part in ensuring every new driver starts their journey with Truline on the right foot.

• Serve as the first line of support for driver applicants.
• Review and screen driver applications.
• Communicate with applicants to complete any missing information.
• Forward completed applications to management for hiring approval.
• Schedule new hires for orientation and prepare onboarding materials.
• Support the recruiting team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruiting best practices
  , regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn Truck Right software (training provided).

• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
