Access to Healthcare Network (AHN) is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Grants & Data Systems Coordinator to support both our grants finance functions and data systems operations. This dual‑focused position provides 50% grants coordination and 50% database/reporting support across Salesforce and TITAN.
The ideal candidate brings experience in bookkeeping or grant accounting, as well as a strong understanding of data integrity, reporting, and CRM/database management, preferably within healthcare or nonprofit environments.
Key Responsibilities & Duties Grants Coordination (50%)- Prepare monthly grant billings and code invoices to proper grant and ledger accounts.
- Review expense documentation for accuracy and allowability; enter expenses and prepare reconciliations.
- Maintain vendor accounts and organized grant files.
- Assist with grant budgets, revisions, billings, and cash receipts.
- Support Program Directors with budget and reporting needs.
- Process travel reports, journal entries, and assist with bank reconciliations and audits.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide Salesforce support, including onboarding, permissions, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain data accuracy through regular audits and updates to the Data Quality Handbook.
- Build and update Salesforce components to meet grant and program reporting needs.
- Develop benchmarks, generate reports, and support data analysis for program improvement.
- Prioritize reporting requests via a queue system.
- Stay current on Salesforce updates and system enhancements.
- Minimum 2 years' bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Experience with databases or CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general digital tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to sit for long periods; able to lift 20 lbs.
- Able to pass a Nevada background check.
- Valid driver's license (optional).
- Degree/certificate in Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Experience with Accounting Seed or similar systems.
- Salesforce CRM/system support experience.
- Nonprofit or healthcare experience.
- Experience training staff on technical systems.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
- Scheduling flexibility may be required.
- Must be comfortable adapting to evolving responsibilities and working collaboratively.
