What You’re Looking ForAn energetic, upbeat, technically proficient person who likes to tinker, troubleshoot, and figure out how things work—and enjoys helping people!
You’re the type who fixes things instead of throwing them away. You enjoy hands-on problem solving. You ask good questions and take pride in finding solutions. You have a "mechanical intuition"—you can visualize how a diverter valve or a T-adapter fits together just by hearing a customer describe it over the phone.
This Role Is Great For Someone Who:
- Enjoys working with and on mechanical / electronic products.
- Is naturally curious about how systems work.
- Is patient, easy-going, and an exceptional communicator.
- Is passionate about health and wellness.
- (We train you thoroughly on all products.)
- WOW customers and dealers by providing excellent technical support (phone, email, and internal systems).
- Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through DIY solutions.
- Consultative Support:
Recommend accessories and upgrades to help customers optimize their setup—and get rewarded for it. - Manage projects from start to finish and work within our Trouble-ticket system.
- Perform light inside sales and administrative tasks.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office Suite) and learning new software.
- Strong phone skills; ability to explain complex things simply.
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Nice-to-haves:
Technical, mechanical, or electronics background; bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Competitive Pay: $20 - $22 / hour.
- Commission: Easily add $2–$4/hr to your base through consultative upgrades.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with flexibility for start/end times.
