We empower our team members to become champions in their respective fields by nurturing a culture of collaboration, competition, and unyielding resilience. We believe that together, we can conquer any challenge and achieve remarkable victories.
Technology powers how ITS operates. Our team builds and maintains a single, unified Transportation Management System (TMS) that supports all modes of transportation across the business, including OTR, intermodal, drayage, assets, and brokerage operations.
Within this platform, we design flexible, configurable workflows that adapt to the unique needs of each mode while maintaining a consistent operational and data foundation. Our focus includes:
- Building workflow-driven systems that simplify complex logistics operations
- Using automation and AI to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making
- Leveraging shared data models to optimize capacity, assets, and network performance across modes
- Creating scalable, resilient technology that evolves with the business
As a Product Manager – Drayage Technology, you will own drayage capabilities within ITS’s unified TMS platform. Rather than building a standalone system, you will design and deliver drayage-specific workflows that integrate seamlessly with core TMS functionality used across all modes.
You will work closely with operations, engineering, data science, and leadership to evolve how ITS plans, executes, and optimizes drayage movements—from port and rail ramp operations to inland delivery and return. This role requires balancing drayage-specific complexity with platform consistency, scalability, and reuse.

- Experience building or supporting multi-mode transportation systems or platform
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to be direct, transparent, and collaborative in complex environments
- High emotional intelligence, fostering empathy, accountability, and strong relationships across teams
- Adaptable and resilient—comfortable navigating change, managing competing priorities, and turning challenges into opportunities for growth
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action—able to connect insights from data, operations, and customer feedback into clear product priorities
