Crytica Security is hiring a
Database Administrator (DBA) to own the reliability, performance, and integrity of our databases as we scale our cybersecurity platform. This role partners closely with engineering and leadership to ensure data systems are secure, resilient, and designed to support growth.
- Own database performance, availability, and reliability
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize production databases
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster‑recovery strategies
- Partner with engineering to support application performance
- Ensure data security, access controls, and best practices
- Experienced DBA or database‑focused engineer in SaaS or tech
- Strong judgment around performance, reliability, and risk
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving, growth environments
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
