Location/Project: This role is based out of El Paso, TX and will work full-time at the project site located in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. Successful candidate will be required to work 100% in field locations.

Overview and Responsibilities
  • Provide mid-level reporting leadership on large complex projects as part of the owners project management and project controls team.
  • Develop, manage and deliver accurate and timely reports that give on-site team members clear visibility into project performance.
  • Consolidate data from contractors, vendors, and internal teams into standardized reporting formats and ensure consistency across cost, schedule, risk and progress metrics.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, weekly and monthly reports, executive summaries and detailed analyses identifying key milestones, variances and emerging trends.
  • Support the team by ensuring reporting tools, processes and outputs remain reliable, clear and aligned with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project controls, scheduling and document control teams to validate information and ensure all reports are reliable, consistent and actionable.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of related experience.
  • Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
  • Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI and other business intelligence / data visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of project controls platforms such as Primavera P6, Procore, Unifier, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and performance reporting for large construction projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills.
