IT Support, Systems Engineer
IT Field Technician (1‑3 Years of Experience)
Applicants must have the flexibility to be away from home Monday through Friday.

Our client seeks a technically minded individual to support Patient Simulators. You will install and maintain these simulators at medical‑related customer sites such as hospitals and universities, ensuring they operate correctly through preventive maintenance.
Travel Information- Drive up to 5 hours within your area; mileage reimbursed after the 30th mile.
- Hotel rooms for long distances; flights for trips over 5 hours.
- Travel is local most days, but flexibility to drive or fly is required.
- 13‑week training period requiring travel Monday‑Friday.
- All travel expenses are covered by the client.
- Base‑level IT knowledge (experience preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, IP addressing).
- Proficient with Windows 11.
- Good electronics aptitude is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ideal for recent graduates; challenging to balance during classes or other commitments.
- Reliable form of transportation.
- Must complete an IKM assessment (similar to CompTIA A+).
- Must be flexible to travel Monday‑Friday.
- Simulators run on Windows 11 and connect to the client’s network.
- 13‑week, 100% paid training with Monday‑Friday travel.
- Company pays all travel expenses.
- Mileage reimbursed for distances over 30 miles.
- $65 per day food credit while traveling.
- Installation and maintenance of patient simulators.
- Automatically on the clock after the first hour of travel.
- No “cookie cutter” candidate – qualifications based on skills and situation.
- Wide variety of experience levels considered (entry‑level to expert).
- Anything worked under 5 hours is automatically paid as 5 hours; over 5.5 hours as 8 hours.
- Pay range: $23.00/hr to start.
- Contract‑to‑hire position based out of Reno, NV.
