Role DescriptionThe Field Services Engineer is a full-time hybrid role based in Reno, NV, servicing local Casino and cash centers. Responsibilities include providing on-site support for customers, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of system problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to optimizing performance and operational efficiency of equipment and systems.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and effectively
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Understanding of security or technology systems preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is a plus
