Position OverviewManages shipment tracking, load coordination, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Reno candidates prioritized for hybrid workflow; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals independently manage operational responsibilities and assist with workflow improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Assign and monitor freight loads
- Track shipments and maintain operational documentation
- Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays
- Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance
- Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
- Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment
- Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Experience optional; full training provided
