Data Center Technician

Our client is seeking to hire Intermediate and Expert Level Data Center Technicians to support a newly built data center. Candidates with hands‑on experience troubleshooting server hardware are encouraged to apply. The role requires support across various work shifts.

• The Data Center Technician is expected to address customer inquiries via support tickets from inception through resolution with minimal or no supervision.
• Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, business critical processes and procedures to support the delivery of customer products and services.
• Provide technical and operational support, including as it relates to colocation, connectivity, and network products and services.
• Support internal networks, IT infrastructure, computers, electronics, and telephone systems.
• Install and deploy IT and network hardware.

Intermediate and Expert Level (Minimum of 1–2 years of Data Center experience.)

This is a Contract position based out of Reno, NV.

Pay range: $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
