IT Helpdesk

This position is located in Reno, NV and is not a remote position.

$20.00 – $27.00/hr (based on experience)

• 1–5 years of IT experience (or equivalent education)
• Valid Driver’s License (some travel required—up to 50%)
• Previous onsite tech support experience
• Experience with VOIP systems, servers, and general IT troubleshooting
• Any IT certifications = bonus points
• Clear communicator + team player
• Detail‑oriented and proactive

• This role requires successful completion of a drug screen
