Job Description – EUC & IT Operations Support Engineer Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled EUC & IT Operations Support Engineer to provide end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, asset management, and data center hands & feet support. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Intune, Active Directory, M365, SharePoint Online, and IT operations support within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities User Onboarding & Offboarding- Manage end-to-end onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Create/manage accounts in AD & Azure AD.
- Provision M365 mailboxes, licenses, Teams, SharePoint, VPN, and application access.
- Configure and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Handle access revocation, asset recovery, and compliance activities.
- Provide L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and SharePoint Online.
- Troubleshoot authentication, licensing, sync, patching, and endpoint issues.
- Support Windows 10/11 and basic macOS environments.
- Manage devices, compliance policies, patching, and application deployments through Intune.
- Monitor patch compliance and resolve device management issues.
- Ensure endpoint security and policy adherence.
- Support SharePoint Online access, permissions, libraries, and collaboration features.
- Assist users with document management and workflows.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and perform audits/reconciliation.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes using ITSM tools.
- Maintain SOPs, KB articles, and operational documentation.
- Perform rack & stack, cabling, labeling, power cycling, and basic hardware replacement.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Network, and Server teams during incidents and maintenance.
- Windows 10/11 & basic macOS support
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Microsoft Intune (MDM, patching, compliance)
- SharePoint Online support
- Basic networking (VPN, LAN, DNS)
- ITSM & asset management tools
- Data center operations support
- 3–5 years of experience in EUC / IT Operations / Infrastructure Support
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- ITIL Foundation preferred
