Job Information

This is a safety‑sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen. We follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a safe environment.

Position:
Full‑Time Helpdesk Team Member.

Location:

Reno, NV (not a remote position).

Pay Range: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience).

• 1–5 years of IT experience or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license (some travel up to 50%).
• Previous onsite tech support experience.
• Experience with VOIP systems, servers, and general IT troubleshooting.
• Clear communicator and team player.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive.

• Successful completion of a drug screen.
