We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to drive digital strategy and systems innovation across large-scale EPC and engineering operations. This role will focus on improving workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and developing scalable digital solutions to support engineering, construction, and project delivery teams.

• Leading and executing the EPC digital transformation roadmap.
• Integrating enterprise software platforms and developing internal digital tools.
• Streamlining data flow and collaboration across engineering, operations, and project teams.
• Driving workflow automation and productivity improvements using AI-supported technologies.
• Managing system integrations, vendor relationships, and digital platform performance.
• Developing governance, training, and adoption programs for digital systems.
• Acting as the digital subject matter expert across EPC and engineering functions.
• Supporting data architecture, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, systems integration, or enterprise software operations within EPC, engineering, construction, or energy environments.
• Strong understanding of EPC workflows and project life cycles.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Smart Sheets, SharePoint, Oracle, or Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of BI and data tools including Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Snowflake.
• Experience using AI-supported development or automation tools.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
