Sharp Brains is seeking an experienced Desktop / EUC Support Specialist to manage desktop devices and provide deskside support in Reno, Nevada. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in desktop support and will ensure optimal operation of end-user computing environments.
This role involves delivering IMAC services, software deployment, patch management, and VIP support. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Service Now, and SCCM is required, along with excellent customer service and communication skills.
