Job Summary
The University of Nevada, Reno seeks a Data Integrity Specialist responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of constituent data across multiple systems, including Paciolan and Raiser’s Edge.
Responsibilities- Review and update constituent records to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Assist in identifying and resolving duplicate records and other data discrepancies.
- Perform basic data quality checks and help identify trends, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Support data clean‑up projects related to fundraising campaigns, reporting, and business operations.
- Collaborate with University Advancement staff, including the Donor Records team, to correct data issues.
- Enter, update, and verify information while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Document completed work, data issues identified, and resolutions applied.
- Follow established procedures and data standards to help maintain data integrity across systems.
- Candidate must be enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno in good academic standing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn new software systems and follow established processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Prior experience with data entry, administrative support, customer service, or database work is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Flexible between 8:00AM – 5:00PM; set schedule, but will work around school commitments.
- Student Employee Level 2, Exempt. Full‑time equivalent 50.0%.
