Figure is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to join a rapidly growing team. You will deliver world-class tech support for computer software, hardware, and networks in-person, over the phone, Slack, and email to keep business operations running smoothly.
You will handle end-user devices (Windows and MacOS), set up new hires, train staff on new tech, and work to continuously improve service levels. This is an on-site role.
