Western Digital is seeking a Director of Process Intelligence & Business Transformation to lead WD's enterprise process mining program. You will own Celonis-based analytics, govern the object-centric data model, and partner across Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to drive data-driven process improvements.
You will build and lead a CoE, establish KPI baselines, and drive AI-enabled process intelligence at scale while coordinating with global stakeholders to realize tangible value.
