GovCIO is seeking a QA and UX/UI Subject Matter Expert to join a fast-paced, client-facing team delivering government IT solutions. You will map business processes to user personas and translate them into automated workflows with Power Platform tools, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and ensure accessibility per Section 508 and WCAG. A strong background in USWDS, Jira/Confluence, and Agile is required.
